3.3 Dietary and Health-Related Information

Where you select a diet-specific plan, such as a fitness, vegan, or diabetic meal option, or where you tell us about a food allergy or intolerance, you are sharing information that may reveal details about your health or lifestyle. We treat this information as sensitive and use it strictly to fulfil your meal preferences and protect your safety. We do not use dietary or health-related information for any purpose beyond meal preparation, delivery, and safety unless you separately consent.

3.4 Payment Information

Payment records processed through Moniepoint, Flutterwave, or Paystack. Recurpot does not collect or store your full card, bank account, or wallet credentials. These are handled directly by our third-party payment platforms, subject to their own privacy and security practices.

  • Records of skip, pause, or rollover requests and how we resolved them.
